How do I create a new blog post?
How is the price of my project determined?
Each project we take on is unique in its own way. We determine our price based on the level of difficulty, features required, and the time it will take to complete your project at a high level.
Can I get my order sooner?
Yes! Rush orders are a fairly common thing and we totally understand that!
Our Expedited Design Services can run anywhere between a 25%-%100 markup, depending on the scope of the project.
Expedited Printing and Production services are available starting at a 10% markup.
Overnight and Next Day Shipping services are available through UPS, FedEx and USPS.
What file format should I submit?
We pride ourselves on high-quality work and that begins with high-quality images.
If you are submitting files to be used for print or digital design work, we recommend sending high-resolution (300 dpi) images.
We accept .jpg, .png, .pdf, and .tiff files.
What is your minimum print order?
Sometimes you don’t need a big order and that’s fine too!
Our minimum order requirements are as follows:
– Business Cards – 50
– Flyers – 50
– Banners & Backdrops – 1
– Custom Art Pieces (iKorry Kollektion) – 1
– Brochures – 50
– Greeting Cards/Invitations – 50
– Envelopes – 50
How fast is your turnaround time?
Your project’s turnaround time will be determined prior to scheduling an official start date. Turnaround times vary, according to the specific nature of your project. However, we pride ourselves on being extremely efficient at completing project milestones, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work.
How much do I have to pay to get started?
We require a 50% deposit on all projects before an official start date is scheduled, unless otherwise stated.
Support Ticket Options
Our support team is standing by, ready to assist you with your request. Please submit a support ticket and someone from our team will review it, and respond accordingly.
Cosmetic
Low Priority- 72-hour turnaround. Ideal for non-urgent, design requests that can be completed within a few business days.
Minor
Normal Priority- 48-hour turnaround. Ideal for non-urgent requests that can be completed within a couple of business days.
Major
High Priority- 12-hour turnaround. Time-sensitive requests that need to be completed quickly due to business impact.
Critical
Urgent- 0-4-hour turnaround. Requests needing immediate attention and completion as soon as possible due to business impact.
