How is my price determined?
Each project we take on is unique in its own way. We determine our price based on the level of detail, difficulty, features and time, it will take to complete your project at a high level.
Can I get my order sooner?
Yes! Rush orders are a fairly common thing and we totally understand that!
Our Expedited Design Services can run anywhere between a 25%-%100 markup, depending on the scope of the project.
Expedited Printing and Production services are available starting at a 10% markup.
Overnight and Next Day Shipping services are available through UPS, FedEx and USPS.
What file-format should I submit?
We pride ourselves on High Quality work and that begins with High Quality images.
If you are submitting files to be used for print or digital design work, we recommend sending High-Resolution (300dpi) images.
We accept .jpg, .png, .pdf and .tiff files.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Sometimes you don’t need a big order and that’s fine too!

How long is turnaround time?
Your project’s turnaround time will be determined prior to scheduling an official start date. Turnaround times vary, according to the specific nature of your project.
How much do I have to pay to get started?
We require a 50% deposit on all jobs before an official start date is assigned, unless otherwise stated.
We also offer a Monthly Installment plan through Square, allowing you to pay for your project over a period of time.
